Ellipses provides a unique, integrated service focused on your whole family’s well-being during periods of significant change, trauma, or injury. We understand that a new diagnosis or traumatic injury affects everyone, not just the patient.
Our therapists specialize in working with families dealing with ongoing trauma related to complex health diagnosis or injury. Adjusting to a new “normal” comes with different challenges for different members of the family.
Integrated Advantage: With your permission, if you utilize our other services (Care Coordination or Coaching), your therapist communicates directly with your wider team to align all goals.

A self-pay model gives your family the flexibility needed to get the services you deserve.
Ellipses coaches are specialized to help anyone in your family reach a long-term goal while navigating dynamic family changes. We help you identify the destination, create steps, and hold you accountable.
We offer care consultations (guidance and planning support) on an hourly basis.
However, service oversight and coordination requires four hours of care coordination a month to ensure thoughtful oversight and alignment of services. Any additional services are fully individualized based on your needs and goals.
The deeper, long-term planning and accountability provided through our Coaching and Care Coordination packages are most effective when there is consistent engagement over time.
It starts with a conversation. We begin with a free assessment—a 15-minute call to understand your family’s unique dynamics, challenges, and goals.
From there, we build a customized recommendation that combines the right mix of therapy, coordination, and/or coaching for your specific situation.

Help identify and address how trauma is affecting you and your family emotionally. Therapy provides a safe environment to process grief; develop coping strategies; and create positive, healing change.
Our Care Coordination acts as the Strategic Navigator for your family (our flagship service). We do the heavy lifting: identifying community resources, overseeing specialized 1:1 supports, and ensuring your medical and community providers are working in sync toward your family's recovery goals.
Your Ellipses coach helps you set measurable steps toward long-term goals, providing the accountability, guidance, and growth opportunities for your family to grow, even during life's most challenging moments.
